Companion

Concierge Companion is a free component of the Concierge Display solution for booking rooms.

In addition to several handy features such as health monitoring across the site, configuration consistency checks and hosting for the graphics package, Companion also provides a powerful reporting engine.

Be sure your meeting rooms are always being used fairly and efficiently by selecting a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual report and comparing the following:

• Occupancy and usage statistics by room and/or organiser.
• Ad-hoc booking statistics by room and/or organiser (meetings booked directly in person from the panel).
• Unconfirmed booking statistics by room and/or organiser (meetings that were booked but not confirmed in person, resulting in under-utilisation of rooms).

All of this is complemented by Companion's ability to provide clean and summarised error reports when a panel or group of panels fail to check in or a change causes incorrect or outdated room booking information to be displayed and cause confusion.

Concierge Companion is available free of charge for the first 12 months. The enhanced service can be purchased from an authorised Concierge reseller.
